Most enterprise transformations fail — not because of bad strategy, but because of broken execution, poor governance, and technology deployed before the organization is ready to absorb it. I've spent 20+ years solving exactly that problem.

As a Global Head of PMO and Enterprise Transformation leader, I've directed portfolios exceeding $100M, led cross-functional teams across multiple continents, and built PMO frameworks from the ground up at organizations including Brown & Brown Insurance, LivCor (a Blackstone company), Salesforce, Accenture, and Alight Solutions.

I don't just govern projects. I connect strategy to execution. I've seen firsthand how AI initiatives stall when organizations lack the governance infrastructure to support them — and I've built the practices that address both sides of that equation.

I'm based in Amsterdam and work with English-speaking organizations globally.
